Christopher “Chris” Blobaum is the crucial ingredient to the culinary team at Legacy Restaurant Partners. Chef Blobaum hails most recently from The Liberty House Restaurant Corporation where he served as corporate chef to Bones, Blue Ridge Grill and OK Café.

Chef Blobaum’s hunger for creating dishes began at a young age in his native Iowa where he learned to understand and appreciate the values of organic farming and agricultural sustainability. Educated at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., Chef Blobaum has enjoyed a comprehensive career that includes positions as a chef and partner of the acclaimed Wilshire Restaurant (Santa Monica); The Inn at Palmetto Bluff (S.C.), Travel & Leisure’s “Best Resort in the Country;” Quilted Giraffe (N.Y.); The Pierre Hotel (N.Y.); Four Seasons (Houston); The Ritz-Carlton (Chicago); Colette Restaurant (Beverly Hills); Le Merigot (Santa Monica); and Surf and Sand Resort (Laguna Beach).

The classically French trained chef enjoys intermixing classic regional fare with fresh flavors of farm-to-table ingredients. Chef Blobaum is pleased to be a part of the development and creativity of Legacy Restaurant Partners and the Atlanta culinary scene.
